Peter's experience includes a strong background in business management, marketing, sales training, photography and computer software development.

Long Island native, Peter Budraitis, has been providing marketing, promotional and photographic services to the local community for over twenty years. After studying business management and marketing in college Peter began a career in sales management and training. After working in retail sales and later as manager of a computer center, Peter joined a computer software development firm as Director of Operations. Peter ultimately purchased the business and transformed it into what today is Big Dog Communications. (See Corporate History)

With a love for photography and a constant need to express his creative side with imagery, Peter has continuously mixed photography into his marketing services. As a professional photographer, Peter holds the degree of Photographic Craftsman with the Professional Photographers of America as well as a Qualified Degree and an Accredited Degree from the Professional Photographers’ Society of New York State. He has won professional awards for his photographs and in recognition of his enthusiastic efforts toward the advancement of professional photography.

For almost 15 years Peter has continued to share his knowledge with various professional organizations by conducting seminars and lectures throughout the tri-state area on a variety of topics geared towards business development including sales techniques, marketing and promotion strategies as well as effective use of the media in gaining publicity.

Peter has been an active member of the local community donating his time and services to a variety of local and professional organizations. Peter is a Past President of The Professional Photographers of Greater New York and has recently accepted a position on the advisory board of The North Shore Business Network.

When Peter is not working he enjoys spending time with family, especially out on the water.
